Accounts and portraits

When you create an account, we use your email address and sign-in information to identify you and protect access to your creations. When you submit a generation, we process the media you attach, your prompt, and the settings you choose.

Generating and saving clips

A generation request sends the information needed to create your clip to the configured video provider. We use storage providers to hold media and keep a record of job status and credit use for your account. Watching a style preview on the public site does not require a portrait.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@airaptovideo.app. Include the email used for your account and the relevant generation reference if you have one. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
